This session is designed for appraisers and real estate professionals who are ready to move beyond awareness and take part in reshaping the systems they work within every day. The valuation process has long been inconsistent, subjective, and misaligned with the true worth of homes in Black and Brown communities. Through the $57 Billion TrueWealth Tour, we’re not just exploring the issues, we’re actively designing tools, standards, and strategies to build a future where equity is embedded into every appraisal.
Attendees will contribute their insights to the development of new technology, policy recommendations, and valuation accountability systems being advanced by The W.E.A.L.T.H. Collective. This is an opportunity to help reimagine the profession’s role in wealth-building, create space for trust in the process, and define a new industry standard where fairness isn’t just encouraged it’s built in.
